 Our firm was started in 1966 by Clarence and Helen Zaar.  Mr. Zaar had been serving West Seattle and the south end in the real estate business since 1933 and his belief in honesty, integrity and service to the public have been the hallmark of our firm.

Rich Bianchi started as a sales associate and also handled property management for the firm which opened in 1966.  Upon the retirement of Clarence Zaar, Mr. Bianchi took over the company.  In 1986, we joined (ERA) Electronic Realty Associates and enjoyed being an integral part of an international real estate franchise until December 2003.  In January 2004 Rich Bianchi joined Keller Williams Realty and changed our name to Prestige Rental Management.  We are excited about our name change and new look.  We're at the same convenient location with the same professional, courteous knowledgeable staff.

 Our company specializes in Property Management.  We manage full-time or do one-time-placements; which ever suits your needs.  We will find you qualified tenants, keeping you free from day-to-day management, handle all repairs and maintenance, manage your account, pay your property taxes, year-to-date income and expenses, collect rents, enforce late fees, deposit funds to owner's bank accounts, and much more.
